99 Avenue

About

Tech service, the way it used to be.

99 Avenue solves hard technology problems for businesses and organizations, the way a good tradesperson would: you deal with people you know, you own what you pay for, and you pay for the work.

Three promises

Everything else follows from these.

You own it. All of it.

Like software that came in a box, not a subscription. You paid once, it was yours, and it kept working whether or not the company that made it stuck around. What we build is yours in the same way: nothing switches off if you stop paying us. We don’t sell licenses and we don’t run on monthly fees.

  • Your accounts: domains, hosting, subscriptions, and API keys are opened in your name, on your bill. We’re added as a user while we work and removed when you say so.
  • Your code and designs: yours to change, resell, or hand to someone else. If we use one of our reusable building blocks, you get a permanent, free license to it.
  • Your data: we touch it only to do your project. We never sell it, share it, or use it for anyone else, and our access ends when the work does.
  • You pay for the work: a written price before anything starts. Support is optional, month to month, cancel anytime.

No fuss over intellectual property.

If we build your house, we can’t come back and say the door is ours. The same goes for software. Every proposal says so in writing, so there’s nothing to negotiate later.

  • No license agreements, no per-seat fees, no usage caps.
  • No lock-in, no exit fees. If you leave, you leave with everything, and we’ll help with the handoff.
  • No markup on the tools and services you pay for.
  • Your privacy: we never publish your name, your work, or your results without your written permission.

Human first.

When you call, a person picks up: no phone menu, no filtering. When you email, a person writes back within one to two business days: no autoresponder. The founder or a team member, every time.

  • The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who build your project.
  • Real, working progress every week, and you’re in the loop on every decision without doing the work.
  • No handoff to someone you’ve never met.
  • In English, French, or Spanish.

What we never do

Hand you off to someone you’ve never met

Put a phone menu, chatbot, or autoresponder between you and us

Sell you a license when you could own the thing

Lock you into a contract, a monthly bill, or our accounts

Use your data for anything except your project

Sell you AI, or anything else, you don’t need

Security and compliance

How we handle your data.

Our controls follow the SOC 2 trust principles and the HIPAA Security Rule. None of it is exotic. It is the discipline of doing the ordinary things every time.

Least access, for the shortest time.

We work inside accounts you own, with the minimum access the job needs. Credentials are rotated at handover, and our access is removed when the work ends.

Encrypted, and never used to train anything.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. It is never used to train a model and never pasted into a public AI tool. When data can’t leave your building, we run models on hardware you control.

An audit trail by default.

Every automation we build logs what it did and why, with approval checkpoints wherever a person should sign off before anything changes.

Exact where it has to be exact.

Anywhere a number, date, or ID must be right every time, plain, predictable code does the work. AI reads, sorts, and drafts; it doesn’t do the arithmetic.

Agreements first.

We sign your NDA before the first real conversation, and a Business Associate Agreement before we touch health information. Vendor security questionnaires are welcome.

Black and white portrait of Tarik Salih, founder of 99 Avenue

The founder

The founder stays on every project.

Tarik Salih started 99 Avenue because most organizations don’t have a technology problem so much as a “nobody will own this” problem. His background is automation and systems integration: order pipelines that run unattended, AI agents built into enterprise platforms, and the data work underneath that has to be exact every time. He has built that kind of work for CellGate, for Infosys, and for Event Travel International’s expos abroad, and he still reads every proposal 99 Avenue sends. He works in English, French, and Spanish.
